  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

 

 


 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of mind or incorrect size: The customer is responsible for return postage.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


If you need a different size or product:

Damaged or Faulty Items
